Privacy notice.

When you send a project enquiry, we collect the name, email address and brief you provide, together with any company, budget and timing information you choose to share. We use this information to respond to your request, discuss services and manage a potential working relationship.

Who can access your enquiry

Enquiries are stored in our website’s protected inbox. Authorised Access Creative editors and the hosting services that operate the website may process this information. Our website hosting may process data outside South Africa.

Your choices

We do not add you to a marketing list through this form. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@accesscreative.co.za. Please include enough information for us to identify the enquiry.

Website operation

The site uses essential hosting and security services. A short-lived, hashed request identifier helps limit spam submissions. The editor uses ChatGPT sign-in. We have not added advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service.

Keeping information

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond to you or manage the resulting work and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us about a specific enquiry at any time.
